The Stowmarket Speakers Club is a proud member of Toastmasters International, based in Suffolk, UK. Our club provides a supportive environment where we build our public speaking and leadership skills. We are open to anyone over 18, and you’ll find members with a wide variety of backgrounds. Our aim is to make sure that everyone feels welcome and encouraged to improve.
What We Do at Our Meetings
Each meeting is designed to help members develop confidence in speaking and improve their communication abilities. A typical meeting involves prepared speeches, impromptu speaking opportunities, and constructive evaluations. These components not only enhance speaking skills but also foster a sense of community among members.
